Consecutively numbered file names for Raw independently from card

Now file name starts from scratch with every empty card you put in. On 5D3 this leads to overwritten sound files on SD when you change CF. I know Raw is so early stage but it already works like a treat so it would be cool to get consecutively numbered file names independently from card.
