Hi,
would it be possible to implement a single user selectable channel recording? So only R, G or B would be recorded? Would this enable the possibility to shoot higher res and higher fps? Or this computation is not possible in the edmac routines and has to be done via the cpu making it impossible in a fast enough speed?

ok that is logical. didn't think of that. then it is pretty much impossible.
