[DONE low-res, IMPOSSIBLE higher-res] Make RAW photo without shutter movement

I don´t use any video feature of ML, I use trap focus, focus stacking, focus peak etc. , because my main interest is macro photograpy.
My biggest wish would be, to take a photo in RAW resolution without using the shutter. If I make pictures in a magnification of 5x and higher, the smallest vibration results often in a picture, which could be sharper without shutter movement.
As I read from the success to make movies in RAW format in the 5D MKIII, I got a new hope for me, that it could be possible for pictures too. Is my hope justified ?
My camera is a 50D.

Mirror lockup, without ever using ML ! And your "vibrational" problem is solved !

I'm afraid we can't increase LiveView resolution at this point.
