Basic questions: Focus peak colours and percentage on screen?

Hello everyone!

I've just installed Magic Lantern and it looks great!

Just have 2 basic questions:

1) What does that percentage on the middle of the screen means?
2) When using Focus Peak, sometimes I get red dots and sometimes I get blue dots. What's the difference? And imagine I want to focus an animal, my goal is that the animal has many red dots?

And about the colours that show on the ML regarding to the shutter speed: RED / GREEN / BLUE

What do they mean? RED is bad, Green is Good and Blue is ...?
