Enable / Disable IS from API in a script
« on: April 23, 2013, 11:09:50 AM »
Hello,

Is possible to enable/disable the lens IS stabilization from API in a script?
If not, and it's not too difficult, could be added?
Thank you.

Lens IS is a lens feature, not related to the body (I guess). So no, it's not doable right now.
EOS 1100D | EOS 650 (No, I didn't forget the D) | Ye Olde Canon EF Lenses ('87): 50 f/1.8 - 28 f/2.8 - 70-210 f/4 | EF-S 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 | Metz 36 AF-5

Isn't there a property to disable IS? I know there is one to see if its on.
