Canon6D?

I'm new on the DSLR arena. My camera is the Canon 6D, great camera so far, however there's a bunch of features from the video big dogs cameras that aren't present here. I see this firmware is very popular and a most have for DSLR film makers.
Can somebody tell me if this firmware has been tested for Canon 6D cameras?
I truly appreciate your answer.
