Cant uninstall ML

I have a problem with one of my CF cards I have ML on (Lexar Pro 400x 16GB UDMA) It doing weird things so I wanted to know how do I uninstall ML from that card? I tried following the uninstall as suggested by ML, but when I format the card it doesn't give me an option to take ML off, it just says.."Format card, keep Magic Lantern (Pic Style) all data will be lost
Has anyone had this problem and if so how do I fix it. Thank you.
p.s I'm using a 5D MKII

Go to that format screen and press the Picture Style button to toggle the option to format the Magic Lantern data.
