Firmware Upadate in Canon T3i

Hi guys, i'm new in the fórum and i'm having problems with Magic Lantern in my Canon T3i. I  installed correctly the Magic Lantern but something was wrong, so i decide uninstall. To uninstall Magic Lantern my camera I just formatted the card in the camera but I did not do correctly. Now when I turn on my camera the display are wrong and some functions are disabled (for exemplo: ISO).

I just want uninstall magic lantern of my camera but i don't know what to do. My question is: if I upgrade the original firmware over the magic lantern, I will have a problem in my camera or the magic lantern just will be uninstalled? I REALY NEED YOUR HELP.

Remove battery. Format card using cardreader. Insert card and battery into cam, format card again.
Updating Canon firmware won't uninstall ML.
Reset camera to factory defaults including C.Fn settings.
Report.
