Modules not loading

Using 5D MK3 and lexar cards i installed / uninstalled  four times but yet the modules will not load except once and after switching off refuses to load.

Try to put the modules one by one because if one fail then all of them show error (at least for me on the 7D).

19 views during a sunny summer day, 10 of them were google bots....
enable console messages and tell whats written there.
