Upcoming 5D3 Firmware - 24p output from HDMI instead of 60i

I'm curious if anyone who has been following the much anticipated upcoming firmware release for the 5D3 has read whether it will allow for 24p in addition (or instead of) 60i.

In all the press releases I read, Canon was careful not to spell out whether the output would be 60i, 23.976p, 23.976/24psf, etc.  I am just curious if anyone has an inside track on this?
