550D (T2i) HDMI-Video-Output doesnt work

Hi all,

i've buyed a HDMI-cable for my 550D and plugged it in to my monitor and the T2i.
But my monitor doesnt receive any signals.
Do I have something to adjust before i can use liveview?

Hi, when HDMI cable is connected is also the usb cable connected? And do you still see the image on the LCD?
