SOLVED: Picture Styles refuse to work in moviemode

I´ve installed following the instructions in CineStyle tutorial and it seems to work well with Manual, but not in Movie Mode, help!

Read the Canon manual and the docs for EOS Utility. Press the Pict Style button maybe?

I tried everything and could not achieve :(
could be solved if I reinstall ML?

ML doesnt care about picture styles.
reinstalling wont change anything.

In moviemode all the userdef picture styles appear as AUTO.
should reinstall the canon firmware ?

You can change that in canon menu i suppose

Already tried to reset camera settings and reinstall PicStyles?
I'm using ML2.3 for photography with:
EOS 600DML | EOS 400Dplus | EOS 5D MLbeta5- EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro  - EF-S 17-85mm f4-5.6 IS USM - EF 70-200mm f/4 L USM - 580EXII - OsX, PS, LR, RawTherapee, LightZone -no video experience-
