FPS Override

I have a canon 5d mk2 with MLv2.3 for some reason I have no control over the setting of the FPS override.  When I turn the function on it gives me a reading of 0.00 when I do not have LV on and a reading of 2.502 when LV is on. To my understanding I am supposed to be able to change that setting. Is this correct?

Press the Picture Style button to enter the submenu and change settings.
