"user-friendly version" workflow help on mac PLEASE

Hi all. I just recently installed magic lantern on my T2i and have been trying to mess around HDR video. I've been trying to use the workflow Luke Neumann uses in his video "Magic Lantern HDR Workflow Tutorial".

I'm a little confused on how to get this to work on my mac. I've got everything installed via Wine but having problems getting the main.sh file to run. I don't have any knowledge of terminal. Could some one help me with this, please??? This seems like the easiest way of doing things. (If I can ever actually do it...)
