Hi There is allot of information that may or may not be outdated in regards to what is the most suitable (Function Vs Price) Compact Flash card, for shooting HD Video on Cannon 5D Mark 2.

Would appreciate if the community could share there experience and advice/recommendation.

In short, the set up is for shooting HD Video, with Audio through the 5D Mark 2.
The setup will be:
5D Mark 2.  Juice Link. + Magic Lantern (Middleware).


Advice Required
There are a number of different flash cards on the market.

There are many card on the market.
Some are very expensive and some are less.

Q1/
I am unsure of the full bit rate required to do Full HD video and Audio via the 5D.
A/   (Please advise)

Q2/
When looking for a CF card that works with Magic Lantern. Can some please advice what card that have purchased RECENTLY  (+/- Nov 2012), that have work successfully ?
A/ (Please Advise taking question 3 into mind)

Q3/
As some CF cards on the market, may be over kills for the Full HD audio/video bit rate transfer requirements; could some please advise what would be the minimum bit rate required. And what is the most COST EFFECTIVE  BRAND CF they would recommend.
