If you were to record 720p with 60frames per second and the shutter fps override to 1/12 and then in post use slowmo to get normal speed but great more f stops.

can 60fps really be recorded i720 with fps override?

Bump.

Could somebody confirm that 60p720 with shutterspeed override 1/12 will look the same (when slowed down)

as 24p720 but with better light?

is that possible with ML? (no sound though)

I've got no 720p 60fps here, but why don't you try it yourself?

How can you shoot 60 fps with 1/12s shutter?

she shutter and the recorded frame is two different things. Theoretically with 1/12 shutter it should be very bright and blurry (much motion blur) but recorded with 60frames per second.

if this is not achivable 720 60frames per second and shutter override to 1 /12 then its my misstake.

When i tried it it it was no difference than 72024p and 1/12 (shutter override)

It's maths.
60 fps means that shutter speed has to be at least 1/60 or faster.
1/60*60=1 (second)
I don't see how you can expose a frame for 1/12s without having less frames (12 fps) .

Just take 1/60 frames with 720p60 and do a five-frame temporal average. Easy to do in AVISynth.

i ment. what you see in viewfinder when 1/12 shutter speed should be able to record that i n 60p?
or that dont wokr?

Again: try that by yourself, it's easy to do
