make_bootable.sh broken now?
« on: December 26, 2012, 02:23:02 AM »
Recently I've tried to use make_bootable.sh but I seem to be having some weird errors now, anybody have the old version? I know it was modified to add ExFat support but it must have broken something.

Same problems also in the one posted by indy on the mailing list, I've updated it again: download here. Now I have no problem and the autodetect procedure works same for osx and linux (almost all)
I'm using ML2.3 for photography with:
EOS 600DML | EOS 400Dplus | EOS 5D MLbeta5- EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro  - EF-S 17-85mm f4-5.6 IS USM - EF 70-200mm f/4 L USM - 580EXII - OsX, PS, LR, RawTherapee, LightZone -no video experience-

Did you push it to the repository?
EOS 1100D | EOS 650 (No, I didn't forget the D) | Ye Olde Canon EF Lenses ('87): 50 f/1.8 - 28 f/2.8 - 70-210 f/4 | EF-S 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 | Metz 36 AF-5

Yes, and Indy commented it, but didn't get if he posted because it's still broke or not.

the only problem now is that exfat support is tested and confirmed only on 8GB cards, backup VBR may be different on bigger cards, so if someone can test it on bigger card and report back it could help.
