With Canon giving us the "Food-with-meat-Scene-Mode" who needs ML then??? :P

I would prefer a few buttons. Touch screens are generally quite bad when it rains, for example...

halfshutter with thouchscreen? lolz

Bythe way the absence of the trash button is a clear sign that canon dislikes ML  ;)

It's not a fake, I've seen one in the wild. There has been an update to the 700D shown, they removed the Q Button too and now there is a sensor in the hand grip that recognizes that the user is about to want to take photographs or shoot video. Something about accelerometers knowing that the camera has gone into motion etc.

wait, you tell me that the side view (top right) isnt photoshopped and the wheel removed?
where is the metallic belt hook?

Who needs a metallic belt hook when you can just make it levitate and remove any trace of shake?

KarateBrot

The photoshopping at the side view is so bad I don't know what to say :D
If you donate a RED EPIC to me you officially are very cool ;)

This camera works great with a zacuto Z finder.  Canon APS-C T2i, T3i, T4i range further relegated into consumerland, RIP. To make room for a full frame lower cost range like 6D.

You see, it's not photoshop. The camera has just been sanded down by hand.

No, even for 650D ML isn't yet in beta stage and keep in mind that not only the camera model is important also the canon firmware installed needs to be correct, for example last firmware for 5D3 isn't yet supported by ML but the previous instead is supported.

Don't be sad, I was in the same boat as you some time ago when there was no support for my 600D. I had no experience in C or ARM, just some basic html, css, javascript knowledge.

Porting it with the help of older members like alex went good, it needs some time and dedication but you already know what big set of feat ML is for your new body ;)

If you are interested in porting it, read the getting started as developer topic and try to install the arm toolchain to compile ML, once you can compile it start an how to port topic about the 700D and make your way to supporting your new camera, don't worry if you can't do all the work during time 600D developers has grown in numbers and skills, same will be for 700D...
