Auto WB Issue on 5D II

I'm running the Feb-2014 nightly build on my 5D II and have been having an issue using the auto white balance tool. Everything looks great in Live View and during recording but when I open the DNGs in Resolve or any program the white balance is as if I never corrected it in-camera. Any suggestions? Apologies if this has been answered repeatedly but I searched around and didn't find anything.

Assuming you are talking about raw video.

Only MLV format has WB metadata, so if you're using the old .RAW format, that would explain it. Also, not all MLV converters handle the WB metadata correctly (they may just ignore it). So you need to specify which converter you are using.

I'm shooting the old RAW so that's definitely the issue then, thanks.

I'm using ML's raw2dng, if I were to switch over to MLV would I need to switch converters?
