Sorry if this is a dumb question

With ML loaded, and HDR Bracketing on, the blue print light comes on when I press the shutter and always flashes once in sync with the CF card access light when I switch off.  Can anyone tell what this signifies?

Thanks

The shutdown blink tellls you when you can pull the card off safely (i.e. after it stopped blinking). It's a feature to avoid bricks

I get both re and blue on shutdown which is ok. I just wondered why I get blue on HDR when I press the shutter

It's just a reminder that something a little more unusual is going on.

For HDR, that's temporarily switching to 2-second timer (or just a reminder that HDR is on).
