SD Card Issue BlackScreen ML Installation

Hello together,

I wanted to use ML with RAW Video (Dannes Crop) and SD-Overclock on my 5dmK3.
So i read in this forums and bought an Lexar Silver Plus 512Gb SDXC, wich is confirmed to work with due the SD Card Matrix and Forum ( Link)

So far so good. When i try to install ML to the camera and hit the Firmware Upgrade Button, the screen goes black and there is no response, even after a longer time. When the SD Card is removed and inserted, the Firmware Update Program starts but do not continue.

Things i tried:
-Format the card in every way (InCam, PC, Fat32, partioned Fat32)
-Used another MicroSD/SD adapter
-Make the card bootable unsing EOSCard with every format version. Camera won't start at all, even no red lighting.
-Tried other Canon (1.1.3, 1.2.3) and ML Firmware Versions

On other cards, ML is installable and working absolutely fine. But these are too slow for RAW recording.
(Sandisk Extreme 16GB-45MB/s, Sandisk Ultra 32Gb-80MB/s (Seems not to work with Overclock), Sandisk Ultra 128GB SDXC (Seems not to work with Overclock))

Do i have simply an broken card? The cards functions absolutey fine if used in "normal" ways. Also the speed benchmark on PC looks good.
Do you have any suggestions if im doing something wrong?

Now thinking about to easily buy an CF-Card, but it's bothers me that it should work with SD.

Hello,

i tried a few things more and came to the conclusion that the card ist broken.
Even an Firmware Update from Canon wouldn't start with it. Other cards no problem.
I will send it back and get an other card.

Also read the Unsolved Topic from another user in Discord. Seems like the same problem with same Lexar card.
