What are the technical details of the timelapse, and how did you do the pan down?

Thanks! the photos were taken at 24mm, f2.8, ISO 6400, 10 seconds Shutter Speed. The pan down was on post, the original photos had no movement, i shot them at 3:2 so i had the space to crop into 16:9 and then do the pan down
