Aperture in video liveview does not work (M mode), but it work in photo liveview

Hi Guys,
Sorry if this issue is already solved before. I couldn't find it in the forum.
I have issue with changing aperture in liveview, it doesn't work, only ISO and speed that work. Already use Manual mode.
Please help. Thanks in advanced.

Please provide more details, your camera and ML build version?
Does changing aperture in LV work without ML installed?
