canon 600d t3i missing Movie Logging functionality

I am trying to enable movie logging on my t3i, but I don't see the menu option to enable it under the movie menu screen in ml. Im using the Latest Build (2018-07-03 01:07). does anyone know how I can find this feature?

Movie tab -> Movie tweaks -> Movie Logging
