I want to shoot a short video. I'm currently practicing making movies so there are many shortcomings. I have learned about the image quality between Atomos Ninja and Magic Lantern. Do you have used them? Can you give me some advice?

Apples and peaches and magic ball.
Ninja records HDMI output. Thus IQ depends on cam's HDMI features which differs depending (mostly) on cam/processor generation.
ML offers MLV/raw recording for supported cameras (Digic 4 and 5, mostly) and there are a lot of caveats to take into account.

You may start to tell which camera you have in mind.

Let me tell you that the difference between a magic lantern and a ninja is very, very wide, for sure the magic lantern is more beautiful, sharper, colors and shades,
Don't believe the videos that show you that Ninja's resolution is more than the camera's resolution The difference is slight and not worth it between internal recording on 5D iv and external on Ninja
So there is no comparison between Magic Lantern and Ninja

I take it one further..

Atomos Footage is like a bright candle, its bright and pretty.

Magic Lantern is the sun  :-*
once you go raw you never go back
