Can ML also be used with DIGIC 7 on the 1" Powershot G7Xii, G3X family?

Short answer: No.

All PowerShot with Digic 8 are running EOS codebase and are able to be ported to ML without complete reprogramming from scratch.
All PowerShot with Digic II - 7 are running PowerShot codebase and are in CHDK project's realm. There is a working CHDK port for G7X II
