Raw MLV Artifacts Issue: 5D Mark III

I recently installed the latest Magic Lantern experimental 1.2.3 to enable crop_rec so I can record up to 4K on my 5D Mark III (which has a low shutter count). I'm running into an issue where the image quality is severely affected by consistent artifacts and I am trying to solve the issue. Here are the settings/specs for my mark III:

- SanDisk 64GB @ 160mb/s extreme pro CF
- Nikon AI Nikkor 28mm f/2.8
- 3.5K 1:1 @ 3072x1308, 2.35:1, 12-bit lossless (Can shoot for several minutes & made sure zoom is at 5x)
- Zebras RAW RGB & Adobe RGB
- White balance and ISO auto. Shutter at any setting gives the same effect

Normal Menu settings:
- Made sure record folder is the CF card
- Move rec: 1920 @ 24fps ALL-I
- Image quality: RAW
- Auto lighting optimizer, long exp. noise reduction, High ISO speed NR & highlight tone priority are all off
