Help Canon 700D odd HDMI issue

Hi , i need some  help for some reason when i use my canon 700d with HDMI using a ZASLUKE USB 3.0 4K. i get an error where my display shows many screens
When i connect my 550d it works ok - Any one seen this b4 , its annoying and i have to use the Canon usb webcam software which is meh.

Connect cam's HDMI output directly to TV set/monitor and test if output shows the same error.
