how to get out of the screen menu I have

I successfully installed ML on the SD card;

I was hoping to follow the instructions from here https://www.reddit.com/r/ElgatoGaming/comments/avofdh/tutorial_on_how_to_use_your_canon_rebel_t5i_as_a/

where it said "there you'll navigate to the "Preferences" tab, search for "PowerSave in LiveView" and set the 30 minutes timer to "Disabled". This way, your camera won't turn off automatically after 30 minutes."

There seemed no option to DIsable PowerSave;

1) any comments?

2) then I stumbled into the enclosed shot; can anyone guide me how to get back to the initial menu I was shown

3) now I can't work out how to add an image: can someone guide me please how to add an image to this post

.... if someone can guide me how to add an image, I can then show what I need help on; in item 2)
