How to avoid focus dots in mlv file?

These dots always appear in my eosm mlv file. I know that they can be eliminated easily on MLV app, but I like to export DNG FastPass, because the export of other formats is too slow. It may take 6-8 hours to export my daily video, while DNG FastPass only takes 1-2 hours. So I don't think I can give up FastPass, but this dots problem has been bothering me all the time. What can I do to solve this problem while recording? Or is there any way to make FastPass keep the raw correction setting? thx! can be a very big help to me!
