I have installed Magic Lantern (the 700D version) on my Canon T5i following the instal instructions on the Magic Lantern website. Now I want to uninstall it following the instructions on the same website, by running a firmware update from the camera options with the ML card in the camera. Howver, after installing ML, the firmware update option has just disappeared. I can't find it anywhere in the camera options. It is not where it was before the install.

Can anyone please help me with this problem?

RTFM: Firmware option not available in "Basic Zone modes". Switch to M.

I have activated "Kill Canon GUI" and the menu to update the firmware has disappeared too

solved, in manual camera mode you have to select the upper left box and select P mode and then the firmware update appears in the configuration menu
