70D: LCD display didn't work

Hi,
first of all: Thanks for ML! I'm preparing my 70D together with a Blackmagic Atem Mini Pro for live broadcast of a live performance....
To get a clean HDMI out I installed ML and it worked like a charm.
Lateron I bought an AC Adapter to simulate the live situation. The cam worked like a charm except the LCD display stayed dark...

Info-Button -> Display stayed dark, HDMI out was good
Menu-Button ->  Display stayed dark, HDMI out was good
On-Off -> Display stayed dark, HDMI out was good
...
When I replaced the AC Adapter with the original battery pack everything was fine... I will look for the original AC Adapter.

I will ask further questions in a separate thread...
