Canon 1100D (T3) FPS menu

Hey guys, new Canon user here (Girlfriends old camera!)

Currently using it as a webcam for my streams through OBS.

I'm curious how I go about changing the FPS with the lastest ML nightly build?, I press the trash icon & get the ML menu up - head to FPS override & enable it, but it auto flicks between 2.500 and 25fps, meaning it mainly goes SUPER slow motion without me pressing anything.

I read an article online that it should allow 720p35? How do I go about enabling that?

A mere 16.7% increase isn't quite impressive, is it? You should be able to go to 30 fps using NTSC setting without ML.
