Canon 6D. Time lapse. Silent, full res. 128x64 why?

When i shot time lapse in full res and silent mode, resolution is 128x64 i cant change it... Please help me
Camera canon 6D, firmware 1.1.6
Magic lantern is last version, downloaded today

Maybe postprocessing issue. Describe your workflow and if error persists with different software: Link an unprocessed file.
