Hi, this feels like a question I should be able to goggle, but I'm fining nothing.

Is it possible to display ML overlays (e.g. zebras) in EOS Utility or other desktop software?

I have a 60D, and I would like to focus it remotely, from my desktop, without touching the physical camera.

Just try!
You know you are limited to AF? Or you are using a remote focus puller device.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I didn't know that was a limitation. Is this a limitation of the protocol?

I think I misunderstood your post. I have the lens in AF mode, and I can control the focus manually from EOS Utility. The image in the link below shows what I have--overlays (including zebras on the door knob) on the camera, and a clean picture in EOS utility.

Is there a way to see the ML overlays on the PC?
