Help, Can't downgrade from 1.3.5 5D Mark III

I'd like to downgrade to 1.2.3 with EOS Utility  V2 or V3 but it seems locked.

Does anyone got a idea?

I bought a 5D3 last week and I discovered that it has the 1.3.6 firmware

I asked to the CPS of my city (Rome - cameraservice.it) and they told me they can't do the downgrade...
please help me find a solution. I'm desperate: I spent a lot of money on this camera and now I can't use it.
