When using ML on 5DmkII I found a few ideas..
There's it in order of importance:

Magic Lantern on demand
Recently there was problem with long loading with 32GB+ memory cards.
It's because bootflag stops loading default firmware and wait for initialize card so that can load ML.
There's a solution, change meaning of bootflag. Camera with bootflag normally will loaded default firmware but there will be an option, when you press e.g. LV button it will immediately loaded ML.
Btw: loading ML on 5DmkII with 64GB CF card takes 4 seconds even if you press SET button. Default firmware is  loaded in less then 1 second... This is key feature if you want shoot snapshot with installed ML.

Configurable ISO range
By default on 5DmkII is iso range from 100-3200. It really want to change this setting like on Nikons with option min shutter speed.

FPS override controlled by video settings
I found that by choosing different video setting I can affect actual FPS settings.
PAL max 27.137fps and NTSC 31.055fps. There can be possibility to modify video settings to achieve more fps.

Attach ML settings to custom modes 1 2 3
...

Make the audio meters to 90db
To monitor noise floor...

No sound notice
Some notice that you have unplugged input...

BTW: thanks for ML 2.3 version with full support od 5Dmk2, it's great

Not possible unless with modify the bootloader that's on your ROM.

Configurable ISO range
It used to be there but then it had conflicts with other settings (manual iso I belive) and was disabled

FPS override controlled by video settings
Didn't understand. If you are asking for higher FPS then it's probably a negative answer (it has been tested and proved to be non working)

Audio remote shot loop
I've got a fix ready with a max number of shots for audio remote shot, this should fix it

It will be nice load ML only if you start LV. Or the second solution is load ML like it was in AJ firmware via update firmware tool.

FPS override controlled by video settings
I changed video settings from PAL to NTSC and I got higher max fps up to 31.055fps.

There can be a delay settings. But there's still other problem when you have activated quick review the next photo will not be shooted.

On-demand ML
- Only when LV is used: can't do, the camera needs to reboot to load the autoexec.bin, and if it is already there we can't do anything (beside permanently altering the bootloader code).
- Via firmware update: interesting, but it feels like a customization that suits your needs ONLY. Most of the people wants to load ML and are happy to exchange cards if they need the "faster boot time". TL;DR, find other people that support your idea and we will talk from there. Or implement it yourself, or find someone willing to

FPS Override:
FPS override works by altering the clocks used by the camera to sample the sensor (not really but you get the idea). There are some limits forced by the hardware that we can't bypass (e.g. the sensor has a maximum bandwith and we can't exceed that, that's why you have to sacrifice resolution for 60/50 FPS).

About audio remote shot: disable quick review, then  ;)

How to reproduce the audio remote shot issue? On my 5D2 it takes a single picture.

Sorry, in version 2.3 is this problem solved, thank you guys!
