Looking for a zoom lens for my M50

Hello all,

I got a M50 with the included kit lens about 2 months ago and I'm loving it. However, I'm now looking for a zoom lens for it. The EF-M zoom isn't on the menu, so I'm looking at the 55-250mm IS STM. A Canon refurb can be had for $131 with a warranty.

Or, I could go with a 3rd party equivalent from Tamron or Sigma... Bit I'm unfamiliar with their equivalent offerings to the 55-250.

If money was not object I'd get a new Canon 100-400mm... But I don't have $2k to spare 😅
