Canon 5d MKII - stripes and banding after a few shots

Hallo everybody

I installed ML yesterday in order to use it mainly with dual iso to enhance DR.

After let'say twenty successful shots with dual iso set at 100-1600 (nice results) I started to gegt banding and/or vertical striping.

This either using ETTR or not.

I must add that I have no original batteries, I do not know if this is relevant.
