Inquiry about Machine Learning Integration in the Latest Magic Lantern Project U

I've been closely following the Magic Lantern project's progress, and I must say that the recent update from July 2023 got me quite intrigued. Do you think integrating machine learning directly into the Magic Lantern firmware could lead to significant improvements in performance and functionality?

First: Magic Lantern is not firmware. See FAQ.
It runs - more or less - like a program/app on your PC/mobile device and doesn't replace Canon's firmware (cam's operating system).

Machine learning requires some processing power. Both is scarce in cameras which has to be run by a small battery. Most likely it will run like a snail with headwind.
