looking to buy either a 600d or 650d as theyre the cheapest cameras on the supported list with flip screens, just want to know if I can get continuous recording on them when shooting in atleast 10bit with either 1080p 16x9 or whatever the 21:9 equivalent is (I think its something like 1920x780) im not really bothered about RAW or not, just has to be atleast 10bit, preferably 12/14 bit

If it's "either ... or ..." between those cam it's not "either ... or ...": 600D's card interface has only 25 MByte/s bandwidth, 650D 50 MByte/s (without overclocking which is not available for Digic IV cam's yet so it's more like 20 MByte/s vs. 55 MByte/s in RL.)
And you have to go raw because there is no way to get 10 bit in H.264 or HDMI.

And I have serious doubts your intended resolutions will be met with 650D. You get 720p25 in uncompressed 14 bit without overclocking involved.
