Shutter Lock Enabled....but doesn't seem to work?

I'm using ML on my Canon T3i and every 30 mins or so the shutter close and then reopen a second later. This is an issue because I'm using it to shoot video and the video drops for the a few seconds. I've got Shutter Lock enabled and I'm in video mode on standby.

I'm not actually recording because I'm using the HDMI out to mySlingStudio. I've spent hours in the config trying to make heads or tails of this.

Anyone else have this issue?

ML cannot bypass Canon's 29:59 limit for H.264 recording. In this mode it's limited to restart recording.
