Hyper lapse questions

I have a Zhiyun crane plus. Was wondering about method for hyper lapse because there are options.

Shoot move your feet and fire again.

Use 1 FPS raw video - which looks great btw.

Any ideas or recs?

Not the answer I'm looking for, but thank you.

What I'm doing now is running a gimbal with MLV FPS override of about 1 second. It works pretty nice. However, the final output is 1920x1080.

I'd like to do the same thing at 4k. Can you run 4k with 1fps and produce the same result?

MLV Play plays the file black, not sure if mlv play just cant playback the file, but I'm at home and not at office and can't view cf card.
