Corrupted files - Please help

Hi guys,

All the footage I shot is corrupted and I am wondering if any of you out there can able to help and recover them, please? I am new to Magic Lantern and still exploring, also not a very technical guy which doesn't help at all.

So, I am using a canon 5diii and have Magic Lantern-crop-rec-4k installed. I was filming a mix between 1080p & 2K. I think I was zooming in and out too fast for the camera.

1080p filming 24fps & 60fps. 12bit lossless
2K filming 24fps 12bit lossless.

I would really appreciate if any of you can help. Thank you, guys!
