Looking for the various camera models that do real 4k and 14 bits with stabiliz

Hello !

I'm new here and i'm not sure where to start to find this answer.
There are various canon cameras that seem to be able to work with magic lantern, but not all of them reach 4k and 14 bits from what i understand ...

Please, would you recommend the model that have these features ?

4k VIDEO ( or more )
14 bits VIDEO
5 axis stabilization
30 fps
not the most expensive if possible ..
proven working without bugs
