Sweet spot camera models

Hi, this is my first post.
I've got a 100D so I read the camera specific thread on it. Looking at the recent development, it seems the 100D and the EOS M are very good cameras to get clean 1080p 24fps footage. Both of these cameras can be had for less than £/$200 making them really good value for cinematic video. I guess my question is, are there any other models that can hit a "sweet spot" of value? Ideally Id like to be able to get 60fps to get 24fps slow motion. Thanks.
