Hi
i found this

http://www.andybellphotography.com/blog/2018/08/22/ai-gigapixel-review-worth-the-cost/

''However, if you have images from an older camera or your current camera is 16mp (or less) and you want to make large prints, then AI Gigapixel is worth using. Its quality is the best I've seen, especially with smaller image files.''

I have tested the Topaz AI Gigapixel with its trial version. It does a good job, especially when you want to print Big. Good details recovery with less noise amplified. You can see the review here with Before After images and comparison with Photoshop Image enlargement, https://www.photographyaxis.com/post-processing/topaz-ai-gigapixel-review/
