MLV to .dng Conversion issues

Hello,

I recently installed ML on my Canon 6D, firmware 1.1.6. I have recorded some footage in RAW 10 bit 1600x900 and wanted to convert them with MLVConverter v1.9.2 but even though the software tells me the conversion has been successful the result is a bit strange, I let you see the .dng attached below.

I have try to find where would be the problem from but I can't really figure out. If anyone has an idea ?

PS. I have this pb with my Canon 6D where the ML menu some time flick back and forward to the Live View but also the Live View still the Canon firmware one even though I have launch ML. I put that here in case it could be related in anyway ?
