CR2HDR and non dual ISO files

With previous versions I could highlight all files and run CR2HDR and it would skip over non dual ISO files. Since version 3.0 it simlpy stops and gives me a warning that file does not exist. So I now have to go through all files and highlight only the dual ISO files. Major PITA. Why is this now happening and how do I rectify it?

Where did you download cr2hdr from? Mac, windows? Probably some abort/exit code that could be erased so that it simply continues.

So, if I understand correctly, when I record at 1920*1080 (16:9) or 1920*1152 (5:3), in both cases I have 3x3 binning on 5D3, but in the 2nd case I'm using a larger space of the sensor, is it right?
