FPS Override on 70D

I have a 70D running the newest build. I want to use FPS Override for timelapses but I can't find it anywhere in the menus. Can someone help?

How about using the silent module set at simple silent in combination with the intervalometer? If you also activate mlv_lite you can record MLV files. Shouldn't that work for timelapse?
